  • Using mycorrhizal  fungal additives on the roots to ensure rapid establishment (plants have a symbiotic relationship with mycorrhizal fungi, giving water to the plants roots while sharing nutrients).
  • Plant combinations (using plants that look good/complement each other)
  • Specifying plants that are good performers & earn their place in the garden by flowering for long periods & that have other attributes such as Autumn colour or beautiful form.
  • Architectural planting.
